I recently stayed at this hotel for a short business trip. The location was perfect, right in the center and close to the lake. It was a two-minute walk to all my business locations, which was extremely convenient. The rooms were spacious and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The staff at the reception were kind and helpful, despite their limited English. The WiFi worked well and the hotel had a friendly and intimate atmosphere. it felt more like staying at a friend's house than a hotel, which I found charming.
Can just recommend this hotel.

Balcony: My stay at this charming hotel was made even better by the balcony in my room. It offered a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains and Lake Geneva, making every sip of my morning coffee feel like a scene from a postcard.
Shower gel: The only downside was the lack of shower gel and body lotion provided.

I recently stayed at a budget hotel in a charming town, in the heart of the city. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the supermarket and the main shopping street just a short walk away. The room was simple but spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were kind and helpful, ensuring a clean and pleasant stay. Although the hotel was old, the owner and staff made efforts to minimize any inconveniences, such as squeaky floors and thin walls. The breakfast was simple but decent, offering a variety of bread options. The view from the hotel was spectacular, overlooking the nearby lake. it was a pleasant experience.
The hotel could benefit from some updating, as certain aspects felt a bit dated.

Great location in the heart of the town with spectacular lake views. Thai restaurant next door for a lovely dinner. Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
Dated decor with furniture straight out of the 1940s. Limited breakfast options, mostly 'bready' items.

For the price we paid, Hotel Du Palais provided excellent value and a comfortable, spacious room with cozy beds. The location was ideal, right on the main shopping street and a short walk from the Evian water sources. The staff was kind, helpful, and made us feel at home.
The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety and non-bready choices.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Palais for a relaxing getaway. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of town and just moments from the lake. The views were spectacular and there were plenty of dining options nearby, including a lovely Thai restaurant next door. The hotel itself had a rustic charm and everything was in working order. The staff were welcoming and friendly, making my stay even more enjoyable.

Charming and cozy atmosphere in the heart of town. Peaceful and comfortable, with a tasty breakfast. Elevator and private garage for those who are too posh to walk or drive around. Great location for exploring the area.
Not enough pet-friendly services, such a bummer for my imaginary emotional support peacock.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk away from my business meetings and the lake. The proximity to the main shopping street and supermarket was also a bonus.
I felt very welcomed during my stay and had no complaints whatsoever.
